Car Tags Give Motorists Fun, Distinctive Look
Now drivers can get a distinctive, fun look when they buy their car tags and also contribute to the preservation of Oklahoma State Parks. The Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department and the Oklahoma Tax Commission unveiled three new specialty license plates Tuesday, August 3 at Northwest Tag Agency in Oklahoma City.
For every $35 tag, $23 goes to help with state park programs.
"This is a great opportunity for all of us to show support for our state parks."
Park supporters can choose from three different designs – one featuring an RV, one that looks like a golf ball, and one representing the parks’ natural settings and historic Civilian Conservation Corps structures.
Motorists can order a State Parks license plate through any Oklahoma tag agency.
